You must register 24 hours in advance at the latest to ensure we receive your express check-in!

Please note that in order to process online check-in you must have paid the deposit by credit card or be paid in full 3 days prior to arrival. We will charge the balance due immediately when processing your online check-in.

Please note that the number of adults and children must be accurate as that is the number of arm bands you will receive. Each room type has a designated maximum number of guests. We have a no pet policy! No Exceptions! You will be asked to leave if a pet is found in your room and we will NOT issue a refund.

The Francis Scott Key Family Resort has a ZERO TOLERANCE noise policy. Following a noise complaint you and any guests in your room may be asked to leave immediately. You will NOT receive a refund. We consider after 11 p.m. family wind down time and we strictly enforce this policy. Any malicious damages done to your room during your stay will be charged accordingly.

Online check-in does not change the guaranteed check-in time of 3 p.m.

I understand there is a $1.50 plus tax night for the in-room safe with limited warranty that will appear on my bill and may be removed upon checkout at my request.

The Caribbean Key Indoor pool will be guarded from opening to closing. All outdoor pools are NOT guarded. We acknowledge the above and will not hold the Francis Scott Key responsible for our pool safety.

By initialing this registration you agree to the Francis Scott Key Family Resort policies. You also authorize charging your balance due on the credit card you provided. You are also authorizing your credit card for any balance due upon check out.

We are a non-smoking resort. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas on the property. All guest rooms are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found in your room, a smoke damage fee will be charged.
